- The participants must be permanent residents of Cyprus who are over 18 years of age.
- Employees of Cablenet and first-degree relatives are not eligible to enter the competition.
- The competition is held on Cablenet’s microsite at https://competitions.cablenet.com.cy/
- The Competition will run on day, dd/mm/yy from xx until xx.
- The draw will take place on day, dd/mm/yy.
- The winner will win one .....
- The winners will be notified via telephone between dd-dd/mm/yy, at the mobile number provided to the company during the competition entry process, and will be informed on how to receive their gift.
- If the winner does not respond and/or does not accept the gift within 24 hours, Cablenet reserves the right to conduct a new draw and award the prize to a new winner.
- The winner cannot exchange the gift for any monetary amount or any other provision.
- The winner may be asked to provide proof of identity in order to receive their gift.
- Upon entering the Competition, participants consent to the following:
- Collection of data by Cablenet, that will be used to check the validity of entries and communication with winners,
- Communication for Marketing purposes, via telephone, text message (SMS) and/or email. The subscriber may withdraw their consent at any time, in person at any Cablenet store or via the Cablenet Customer Service Centre by calling 130.
- Participating in the Competition entails full acceptance of the terms and conditions.
